I think the hard part is that some prominent "environmental" voices are still standing up for fracking. I just finished reading this months E magazine and I was put off by Andy Revkin's support of fracking :( He lost me.

As with many other things, all the evidence stacks up against it, yet people will still believe what they want to believe.
